Customized gift sets

The customer needs to purchase a multi-category gift set, which needs customized packaging, environmental protection standards, and delivery before the holidays. The products come from different factories with different delivery dates and quality standards. We select a main supplier to coordinate production and coordinate other factories to deliver according to unified standards.

We selected three factories that focus on small-order production, compared their processes and quotations, and locked in a high-quality supplier with export experience.
Strict quality control: We required to first make samples to confirm the transmittance and thickness, and arrange on-site spot inspections in the middle of production to ensure that there are no defects such as bubbles and scratches.
Cost optimization: We reduced the unit price by combining orders (producing with other customers), and the final quotation was 15% lower than the market average price, and the delivery time was shortened by 20 days.

Digital display data cable

The customer needed a digital display data cable. After evaluation, we selected a factory with rich production experience in this product to make a mold and customize the appearance of the exclusive customer. However, due to the tight delivery time and unreasonable process, the first batch of products still had defective products that could not be detected. After the customer complained about the quality problem, we analyzed it with the factory, changed the production process of the product, and formulated a compensation plan, which won the customer’s trust again and sent a new order.

We have our own office and warehouse, and established Jianyumei (FOSHAN) technology Limited. Two moth later, Globallgo (HongKong) Limited is born.
During the past 7years, we mainly focused on developing and manufacturing smart phone accessories.Now, we continue to focus on mobile phone accessories and start to enter other industries.
